Workouts

Registration for the 2025 Guelph Victors season is open! Here’s how to join the Victors so you can participate in all of our workouts and events. 

 

Our Regular Workouts

We normally have two seasons, winter and summer, divided roughly by when the clocks change from daylight savings to standard time, in the spring and fall.

  • Summer Season: weekly workouts available April through October, Tuesdays 6–6:45 pm or 6:45–7:30 pm for our Outdoor Track workouts at St. James Track.
  • Winter Season: twice weekly workouts available, Tempo Tuesday run (6 pm, starting in November), and Thursday Indoor Track workouts (7 pm, starting in January).
  • Year-round RWxGV Sunday Long Runs: an organized weekly Sunday Long Run, leaving from The Running Works store at 89 Gordon Street, 8 am sharp. Distance varies from 10 km to 30 km. Pace varies from 5–8 minutes per km. No membership required to join!
