At all times of the year smaller groups of Victors get together to do their long runs together, usually on Saturday or Sunday mornings, often from the Running Works store. Routes vary. In spring through fall, we often run on local trails. Join us by emailing one of the run leaders below.
Why long runs? The long, slow-distance run is a foundation for distance events like the half-marathon, marathon and beyond. With many Victors racing these distances in the spring and fall, there are plenty of groups running each weekend, from 15–30 kilometres, at varying paces. These aren’t official club runs, but we welcome you to join us – just find a group that suits your scheduling and pace.
