The Guelph Victors workouts are supervised by several qualified and experienced coaches, providing varied training towards a range of running goals.

  • Taylor Milne — Two-time Olympian for Canada (Beijing 2008 and Rio de Janeiro 2016), Taylor designs our weekly track workouts, and is sometimes with us coaching as well. He also coaches privately, if you would like one-on-one attention and training advice. Contact: Taylor.
  • David Brooks — This long-time Guelph Victor has extensive running, racing and coaching experience, and also leads a Runner’s Boot Camp series of workouts, Thursdays at 6:30 pm. Contact David for more information.
  • Tim Uuksulainen — Tim was a founder of the Longboat Roadrunners, Toronto’s premier running club, and has recently moved to Guelph and is helping coach our workouts. He coaches several successful Guelph Victors runners privately. Contact: Tim.

At least one of the coaches will attend each club-sponsored workout. You are free to ask them for tips on training, pacing, form or race strategy. They won’t offer unsolicited coaching advice! If you wish to have personalized coaching services, contact them for details.
