Our Regular Workouts

We normally have two seasons, winter and summer, divided roughly by when the clocks change from daylight savings to standard time, in the spring and fall.

  • Summer Season: weekly workouts available April through October, Tuesdays 6–6:45 pm or 6:45–7:30 pm  for our Outdoor Track workouts at St. James Track.
  • RWxGV Sunday Long Runs: an organized weekly Sunday Long Run, leaving from The Running Works store at 89 Gordon Street, 8 am sharp. Distance varies from 10 km to 30 km. Pace varies from 5–8 min. per km.
  • Winter Season: twice weekly workouts available, Tuesdays at 6–7 pm for an outdoor Tuesday Tempo run, and Wednesdays or Thursdays at 7–8 pm for an indoor Indoor Track workout.
