Workouts

We have two seasons, winter and summer, divided roughly by when the clocks change from daylight savings to standard time, in the spring and fall.

  • Winter Season: twice weekly workouts available, Tuesdays at 6–7 pm for an outdoor Winter Tempo run, and Thursdays at 7–8 pm for an indoor Winter Track workout.
  • Summer Season: weekly workouts available, Tuesdays 6–6:45 pm or 6:45–7:30 pm  for our Outdoor Track workouts.
  • Weekend Long Runs: for most of the year, with smaller groups get together for Weekend Long Runs, typically on Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 8 am. Distance varies from 10 km to 30 km. Pace varies from 5–8 min. per km.
