The Victors are a diverse group of Guelph runners, training together with a shared desire to get faster. We are men and women of many ages, from 20s to 60s. Our summer workouts are Tuesdays at 6:00 and 6:45 PM at the track located inside the University of Guelph’s Alumni Stadium. Please join us!

June 13 Pace Training
3 or 4 sets* of (4 X 400m on 60s rest)
3min rest between sets
* 4 sets if your 400s are 1:55 or faster
otherwise 3 sets
